Graeme, top of the morning to you!  Merry Christmas.  Hope you are having a good time.  I'm sitting in a small beach town south of Perth, also awake, tinkering with the Akaike Information Criterion.  You're off to a good start with the cricket, apparently.  Hope you are having a good time, in spite of the cruise effects.

Tradenator, it was great to meet you while in Sydney. I do think the Akaike Info Criterion is a bit too nerdy for Xmas eve. Although I do remember once working on an academic paper on New Years Eve once. As I recall, `the other' of that time was waitressing in a restuarant, so maybe I have an excuse....
