Hi guys,

I have seen a few strange things happening while test-trading some ZB Futures (20-30 contracts, no big deal) on Interactive Brokers:

Placed Stop Losses (i.e. sitting on IB TWS) were hit perfectly and then the market pulled back from there, it happened overnight (outside RTH) and it looked so precise to make me wonder if Stop Hunting is something that deserves some attention (or is it just random coincidence + the observer's paranoia?).

What do you guys think of this topic? Any insight you may want to share from your own experience?

I would appreciate to hear your thoughts.

Thanks.

In ZB? Hard to believe, in all honesty... This isn’t to say that the Japanese don’t do strange things in the overnight session, but it’s still a very big and liquid mkt.

Insofar as I may be heard by anything, which may or may not care what I say, I ask, if it matters, that you be forgiven for anything you may have done or failed to do which requires forgiveness...

I'd imagine it was just size related and they managed to sweep you for the total size they were after.

Dilbert: Why does it seem as though I am the only honest guy on earth? Dogbert: Your type tends not to reproduce.
