Hi,

Is anyone here familiar with GSA capital? Can you say anything about career development, culture, pay, performance? How does it compare to the other top Quant funds?

Thanks!

Cannot find that thread about use of IP.
Looks like Citadel exercizes its rights of the strong.

Citadel sends the "message" to its crew?

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-11-11/citadel-securities-says-its-leaked-secrets-can-t-be-unseen

"Citadel Securities claims in the lawsuit that GSA gained confidential information on a crucial automated trading model known as the ABC Strategy that cost the firm more than $100 million to develop. GSA insists there was no “secret sauce” in a high-level description of the structure of a trading algorithm."

Is 100M too much?

Good attorneys have very few victories in court. Start with an upper bound and angle for a lower settlement.

This is funny. They probably mean $100k.

The only way you could possibly spend $100m on developing a strategy would be by bleeding $100m in the markets upon turning on an ill-estimated strategy.
