Do you think I have a good offer to buy an old building on the secondary market. However, I would like to live in a new house. I'm not sure if I'll have enough money for a new house. What do you think I should choose?

Learning can be very interesting if you use modern teaching methods correctly. In this circle enviro-explorers.com know how to do it right

New homes tend to be more energy efficient and therefore in good condition for longer. because they are built of new building materials. Old houses, you know, because they are old, and in these houses there are additional costs for housing.

I think that before deciding whether to buy an old house, you should check out the website https://1newhomes.com/new-homes/nearme offers for selling real estate in new builds near me. I think you will be surprised how different real estate prices are in London. For some reason, I'm sure that on this site you will be able to find exactly the option of real estate that is perfect for you.
