KangaXX: Is that the minimum quantisation??

Should be. Standard windows functions can not resolve time intervals below 15 ms.

Just spend 1/2 hr I can't get beyond 49 m. What a waste of time. These games would be a great way to overcome adverse selection problems at work. Have people in the office do these games. Immediately fire the person who gets the highest score.

Kubrick,

Well done Smiley - I spent a lot of time this weekend trying to get over 48.9m. What a waste! Care to share your plane set-up?

No way, state secret.

Seriously, I actually don't recall the exact number I used on the wing elevation.

I know that I had the weight set to 0, the winglets on, and the elevators set to around 28 or 30 ish.

That's very similar to what I used. Oh, also I have a series of little dots on my screen indicating where I released the plane from ... Blush

Here's another addictive sod of a game:

I've got a little Chopper

I've made it 929m so far...

Nice chopper game. Reminds me of the golden age of Commodore 64.

Commodore 64?! Looks more ZX Spectrum to me...

1557m...shouldn't be hard to beat, but boredom becomes the enemy.

EDIT: Improving in leaps and bounds:

EDIT II: How do I crop this bloody thing in Paint? Yes, yes, I can hear the chortling....just humour an old ZX Spectrum user...

To crop in Paint:

Use the selection tool to copy the area you want, click the new button, paste in the new area, use the little side things to shrink any access empty space. If the little side things don't show up, click around until they do.

Thanks, TR, guess I should have been able to figure that for myself...but the very fact that I'm still using Paint should strongly signal that I'm a pretty useless in the graphics department...

I've always found it pretty annoying that there isn't a 'crop' option in there somewhere, it should be brainless for them to implement.

I think the secret to doing things in paint is to always assume that you aren't looking for the feature, you're looking for the workaround.

I can also tell you're being modest about your graphics acumen. You knew that the feature you were looking for is called 'crop'. I'll bet that somewhere along the line you got used to using more sophisticated tools and just don't have them installed right now.

So this being a man thing...how's it going for everyone else??  The over 300 seemed more a random result than any kind of skill.
